        BEN’S PRETZELS
The design I have made was a way to show what the food is like at Ben’s. I also love Ben’s pretzels and my family eats there a lot.

        THE ELECTRIC BREW
As you can see, I have created a design with a sunset and mountains from Mexico. I chose this because in Mexico there are a lot of mountains and this can make people feel like they are at home.

        JOJO’S PRETZELS
Our design shows a family together with a pretzel to share. We chose this design because it reminds us of our own families getting JoJo’s Pretzels together and eating together.

        SHIRLEY’S POPCORN
My design is colorful, and it might make people want to eat your popcorn.

        SHOOBEDOO SALON
As you can see the green background represents the color you mostly see in nature. When people are walking or biking, they are out enjoying the nature and are encountering what is represented in my drawing.

        WINONA TRAIL
As you can see the butterfly represents the colors you mostly see in nature. When people are walking or biking, they are out enjoying the nature and are encountering what is represented in my drawing.

        GOSHEN COLLEGE
My design is a maple leaf that represents Goshen College. I have included the sun in the maple leaf to show solar energy. Finally, there is a plug that is in the sun to show energy.

        BETTER WORLD BOOKS
The picture displays a rainbow, UFO, monkey, dragon, sun, and a long plant. This shows that when you open a book a whole new world of possibilities is opened for you and when you open a book it takes you to new places. The intention of this mural to persuade people to want to buy books and explore the creativity of each fictional book or the whole world of information in a nonfiction book. People and not just kids in school need to read to extend their minds and see where books can take you.

        RIETH INTERPRETIVE CENTER
The word “calm” should be something everyone should have and need. When people mention nature, some people think of it as bugs, dirt, and a lot of disgusting things. They should think of nature as beauty. When you hear nature it sounds very peaceful and calm.

        LOS PRIMOS
Our mural has a “Viva Tacos” sign with a taco on it. We chose this because Los Primos serves tacos, and we wanted it to be related with their business so people would know what they sell there.

        MILLRACE TUNNEL
The picture has a grey bridge with flowers and people walking on a sunny day. I decided to make this to recreate the millrace but give it a little more pop to make it look new. It shows how when you go there, it is peaceful and you can enjoy riding bikes and walking on a hot summer day.

        MILLRACE TUNNEL
Our mural is one flower in the big forest, and it represents that there can be beauty in things even if you can’t see it. The trees represent the things that distract you from true beauty. The clouds represent persons clouded vision of being on devices and not paying attention to the nature around them. The sun represents the light shining on true beauty.

        CHAIN REACTION BICYCLE PROJECT
My mural is a road bike. I chose this bike design because our client is a bike shop. The city of Goshen is doing a very good job at riding bikes and reducing fuel emissions.

        THE NUT SHOPPE
Our design features a blue jelly bean with the words “The Nut Shoppe”. We made this design due to the fact that The Nut Shoppe specializes in desserts and sweets, so we decided to make a jelly bean.

        UNIVERSAL TAMAL
Our design shows how they make the tamales like red sauce, green sauce, and the masa that they put together to make the tamales. Also it has the 3 different colors of the Mexican flag in it.

        GOSHEN LITTLE LEAGUE
Our design represents the theme of The Goshen Little League – baseball and softball. The mural shows one of the sports played at Goshen Little League and the logo.

        GOSHEN COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
My mural contains a little tiny earth, and a book, and math sign and a beaker. All that represents learning. Tiny earth for social studies, the book for english, symbols for math, and beaker for science. I think my design is a good fit for GCS because learning is important.

        BOYS & GIRLS CLUB
My mural has words that say “A Place to Become.” I chose this because that is the Boys & Girls Club’s theme for this year. I’m using lots of colors because I want it to be colorful and people will want to look at it. When I was in 5th grade, I went to the club. I would like to have my mural hanging there for other kids to see. Our mural features a heart that says “Welcome to the club.” We decided to color the word “welcome” in rainbow to represent all kids. The heart represents that you are loved by your friends and staff you meet at the club. The meaning of this is to show that you are welcome to the Boys & Girls Club. It is a safe and respectful place.
